With permanent make-up, a line can be applied that suits your face. This is different for every eye and every face. We listen to your wishes and are happy to advise from our professional point of view.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EYELINER AND INFRALASH?

Eyeliner is a more visible line on the eye along the lash line. An eyeliner often has a small wing or a full wing. It is entirely up to you what you would like. We do not apply eyeliners, only Infralash. An Infralash is a thin, tight edge that sits between the lash line and just above it, which creates more volume between your lashes.

Eyeliner or Infralash permanent make-up can be applied in many different ways. You can choose a tight line, a soft faded line, a wing or no wing, a short wing or a long wing, thin on the inside and gradually wider towards the outside. You can also choose to match the colour to your skin tone and eye colour. Whatever you can imagine, all colours of the rainbow can be applied.

You can also have Eyeliner and Infralash applied in warm, cool or ashy shades. Pure black does not always have to be the standard.

WHAT IS PERMANENT MAKE-UP?

We apply an Infralash using a PMU machine. The PMU machine leaves pixels of pigment in the skin and works very superficially. The machine has several needles in the cartridge, so a beautiful liner can easily be created in the first layer of skin. It is simply not true that the deeper a needle goes, the longer it stays. That is why our salon only stands behind pigmentation in the first layer of skin.

This prevents:

• Scarring
• Tissue from damaged skin
• Difficult aftercare
• Swelling and redness
• A painful treatment

DOES THE TREATMENT HURT?

We get this question very often. And understandably so, because anything close to the eye or with thin skin seems extra sensitive to us. Fortunately we can say the opposite. We work extremely carefully during and before starting the treatment. We discuss your pain level and explain how we will proceed.

You receive a pre-numbing treatment, which takes about 5-10 minutes to take effect. A numbing agent is also used while the skin is 'open'. As a result you experience minimal to hardly any discomfort during the treatment. The Eyeliner or Infralash treatment is often experienced as a kind of "scratching or tickling".
