How IZZI Beauty BV handles your personal data.
Controller
IZZI Beauty BV, established at Koningin Wilhelminaplein 13, 1062 HH Amsterdam, and also at Weena 95, 3013 CH Rotterdam, is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy statement.
1. Personal data that we process
IZZI Beauty BV processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process: first name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address.
2. Purpose and legal basis
IZZI Beauty BV processes your personal data for the following purposes: to process your payment; to send our newsletter; and to be able to call or e-mail you where this is necessary in order to carry out our services.
3. Retention period
IZZI Beauty BV does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
4. Sharing personal data with third parties
IZZI Beauty BV does not disclose your data to third parties, except solely where this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation named by you.
You can send a request for access, rectification, erasure or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or to object to the processing of your personal data.
To make sure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (Burgerservicenummer, BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any event within four weeks.
IZZI Beauty BV would also like to point out that you have the option of lodging a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Security
IZZI Beauty BV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured after all, or there are indications of misuse, please contact us.
8. Consent for the use of cookies
In order for our website to function properly, we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser that you use to visit our website, and to document this properly, we use a cookie consent management platform: CookieFirst. Server log files
Our website and CookieFirst automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us.
