What are Airbrush Brows?
Airbrush Brows says it all: an eyebrow technique that uses paint — in this case henna — and air, creating pressure on the airbrush device so that the henna is applied to the surface. Airbrush brows are therefore henna brows applied with an airbrush. This new technique can be applied together with a brow lift. A brow lift is a treatment in which setting lotions are used to place the eyebrow hairs in a particular shape so that they stay in place longer.
When can you not have Airbrush Brows applied?
In some cases, or with certain conditions, we advise against having Airbrush Brows applied. This has nothing to do with the airbrush technique itself, but with the fact that henna is used. At IZZI we only use airbrush henna from the brand Laliqa. This brand only sells water-based henna, which means it contains very few ingredients that can cause allergies; irritating substances are simply not in it.
It is better not to have Airbrush Brows applied if you have:
Airbrush brows are very safe to have applied, provided the products used are REACH-compliant and water-based. The Laliqa airbrush pigments meet both requirements.

Extremely sensitive skin

Airbrush Brows are henna eyebrows applied superficially to the skin with an airbrush device; the product lasts around 7 days. Powder Brows are actually applied with a small needle into the first layer of the skin and last around 3-4 years. Powder Brows take a long time to fade in the skin, whereas Airbrush Brows wash off after a while.
How long can you enjoy Airbrush Brows?
On average, Airbrush Brows last around 7 days. The eyebrow hairs themselves are not dyed, but the facial skin is dyed by the henna. Of course, it can last longer for one person than for another. This depends on how quickly the henna releases from the skin, but also on how you care for the skin.
